Yakama Power New Office Building 

RJS was the Prime Contractor on this Design-Build 7,500sf, wood frame Office Facility. This administration building included offices, kitchen, breakroom, fitness center, showers, conference area, and a customer lobby with ballistic glass drive through window & office space.

Passages Family Support

Passages Peer Respite Center 

RJS Construction Inc was the Prime Contractor for the 4200 sq ft nonprofit temporary housing facility built for the clients of Passages Family Support, a behavioral health service provider of Washington State. This building blended the amenities of a commercial business and a residential home for the clients and staff.

RJS was the Prime Contractor on this Design-Build 16,750sf, wood frame, slab on grade building for Catholic Family Child Services. State-of-the-art facility included offices, classrooms, medical exam, library, and playground.

Nez Perce Tribe
Clearwater River Resort

RJS teamed with Swinerton Builders for the $14M Expansion and Renovation of Clearwater River Resort for the Nez Perce Tribe. Included the addition of a 500,000 gallon water tank to provide additional storage and fire suppression support for the hotel, casino and RV Park & Campsites.

Key Aspects

​11,175 Square foot childcare center. New construction single story, slab-on-grade building. The exterior of the building incorporates Native American designs and architectural features. Project also included a fenced play area, asphalt driveway, and parking spaces.

Red Lion Hotel Renovations 

Seattle, Bellevue, Richland, Pasco, Kennewick, Yakima and Coeur d'Alene

RJS design assisted and completed the renovations for the lobby of the Red Lion.

The Kennewick project was the first to be performed and the client was so pleased with the work done that the other projects were soon negotiated.  Red Lion Hotels Corporation has been a repeat client for over 20 projects since first contracting with RJS in 2007.

Apple Valley Eye Clinic

Key Aspects

An eye clinic measuring 3,700 SF, including 6 patient rooms, 2 pre-test rooms, 2 offices, meeting room, reception, waiting area, and a product showroom. Prior to construction of this facility RJS demolished the existing structure to make room for the new clinic.

Zirkle Fruit

Shipping Center and Cold Storage

This project for Zirkle Fruit consisted of a refrigerated staging area for the shipping/receiving of apples. This building was constructed of sandwich panel concrete tilt-up exterior walls, a steel joist & deck roof system, and an office area that utilized steel studs with a composite concrete floor deck.

Mary Queen of Heaven Church 

Key Aspects

Removed and reinstalled stained glass windows for historic restoration. Replaced non-painted broken, cracked or missing pieces and removed loose paint on the outer surface of the millwork. Repaired cracking and damaged plaster as well as molding and fresco touch up.
