Our Joint Venture Story
Established in 2022, T1-RJS Joint Venture is a partnership between two full-service general contractors: Tribal One (T1), a lower 48 Tribally-Owned SBA Certified 8(a), and RJS Construction, Inc. (RJS), a Woman Native American Owned Small Business (WOSB). T1-RJS stands as a tribally owned SBA approve 8(a) joint venture, IEE/ISBEE qualified, and a design-build general contractor serving the federal government nationwide.
