RJS Construction is celebrating 32 years in business today! RJS Construction, Inc. was founded in 1990 by wife and husband team Shannon & Richard Sevigny. In 2011, RJS was accepted into the 8(a) program and by 2012 they had received their first out of state contract. From 2013 to 2017, RJS was able to establish their corporate office in Yakima, and implement satellite offices in Denver, Portland, Spokane , Seattle, and Grants Pass. In 2018, Shannon was honored as 2018 Women of Influence by the Puget Sound Business Journal for her Work in Construction. Since 1990, RJS has successfully delivered general and design-build construction projects in over 16 states across the Western United States. RJS's reputation has been built on the quality of their construction services and ability to develop and maintain sound client relationships.
