RJS Construction, Inc. is currently bondable at $3Million per contract - $3 Million Aggregate.
RJS has formed solid business relationships with other general contractors and subcontractors to increase bonding capacity when needed. These alliances also enhance our areas of expertise.
REGION
Though the majority of projects have been in the Yakima, Kittitas and Columbia Valleys of Washington State, RJS is more than willing to travel through out the Pacific Northwest.
EQUIPMENT
RJS currently owns or leases a large inventory of aerial equipment as well as earthmoving equipment that allows them to self-perform a majority of the building process.
ORGANIZATION
Launched in 1990 as Richard J. Sevigny Construction, the business incorporated in the year 2005 to become RJS Construction, Inc. Since then, the company has expanded to better provide a diverse range of construction needs and capabilities. When additional help is necessary, RJS Construction, Inc., partners with a team of outstanding architects, engineers, and subcontractors who share RJS's high standard of quality and service.

RJS Construction, Inc. is a proud member of the Associated General Contractors of Washington Safety Team and values a highly conscientious and skillful workforce. Their safety record attests to RJS's commitment to the health and well-being of all who enter the construction site. Emphasis on safety (Washington State L&I experience rating of .60) on construction sites shows not only a commitment to maintaining a safe and qualified workforce, but also demonstrates dedication to completing each project in a timely and efficient manner. In addition to this, all RJS management, staff and employees currently have OSHA 10 certification, further contributing to the customer's peace of mind.
